M/G Pedro Castro Rodríguez: “Seguros Horizonte es una de las principales empresas de seguros del país”
En las instalaciones del Comando de Zona de la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana N° 32, en San Carlos, estado Cojedes, se llevó a cabo la Jornada del Gobierno de Eficiencia Militar en la Calle en la cual se entregaron donaciones por parte de las diferentes instituciones de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana.
El acto central estuvo presidido por el M/G Pedro Castro Rodríguez, Viceministro de Servicios, Personal y Logística, del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Defensa, junto al G/D César Augusto Figueroa Fuentes, Presidente Ejecutivo de Seguros Horizonte S.A., autoridades de las empresas de la FANB y la Gobernadora del estado Cojedes, Margaud Godoy.
“Seguros Horizonte es una de las principales empresas de seguros del país”, fueron las palabras del M/G Pedro Castro Rodríguez, quien además compartió una anécdota al asegurar que unos veinte años atrás era imposible conversar con el Presidente de Seguros Horizonte y, en la actualidad, todos los presidentes de las diversas instituciones van personalmente a entregar donaciones señalando que esto es posible sólo en socialismo.
La primera aseguradora del Estado entregó una donación significativa a una ciudadana que disfrutará de este importante beneficio. Milagros Pinto, expresó su entusiasmo y gratitud al recibir una silla de ruedas para su hermana que sufrió meningitis a temprana edad, dejándola invalida. Además, acotó que con esta silla de ruedas mejorará la calidad de vida de su hermana de 36 años.
Constancia y disciplina.
Esta jornada comprendió los cinco ejes de la Gran Misión “Negro Primero”:
- Bienestar, seguridad social y protección de la familia.
- El equipamiento y mantenimiento.
- La infraestructura.
- Tarea del desarrollo nacional.
- El desarrollo educativo para fortalecer hacia adentro en la FANB y para la familia militar venezolana.
Con la activación de estos cinco ejes, la Gran Misión “Negro Primero” garantiza bienestar no sólo al personal militar que labora en las diferentes unidades, sino también se está garantizando el bienestar y el desarrollo del personal civil, todo esto englobado en una perfecta unión cívico-militar.

Durante la jornada se realizó una donación especial para la enfermería del Comando de Zona de la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana N° 32, una donación técnica para la ZODI Cojedes, además de 80 canastillas a las mujeres embarazadas, 10 sillas de ruedas, 10 andaderas, 5 tensiómetros, 5 bastones, 3 colchones anti escaras, entre otras.
Con estos donativos, Seguros Horizonte cumple con el principal eje que comprende la Gran Misión “Negro Primero” aportando beneficios al buen vivir de los venezolanos.
